Ala Al Qaisi is a 23 years old Agricultural engineer (animal production). Now doing his master degree in biotechnology and animal breeding. He is a teacher assistant at Jordan University of Science and Technology. Interested in reading, writing, photography and voluntary work. He established Yalla Nimshi Initiative which encourages young people to spend more time exercising in order to make sport part of their everyday, one other target is to spread health awareness and teach people how to live better. He believes that helping anyone in need is a duty not voluntary act as on this planet we are all brothers and sisters, In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
